  • Or a two-year degree from an accredited university in relevant fields
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage shift operations
  • Experience with inventory management
  • Leadership capabilities
  • Availability for full-time schedule

Job Duties

  • Verify guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk promptly
  • Inspect guestrooms daily to ensure cleanliness and maintenance
  • Assign cleaning tasks based on room readiness and guest check-outs
  • Inventory and maintain adequate supplies and equipment
  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure policy compliance
  • Conduct training and provide follow-up for room attendants
  • Maintain open, collaborative employee relations and schedule staff according to business needs
