We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join our dedicated team at O'Neill Healthcare North Olmsted. This full-time role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall aesthetic appeal that our residents and their families expect. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms, public areas, and facilities meet stringent hygiene and aesthetic standards. This role includes training, scheduling, and evaluating housekeeping employees, providing ongoing feedback, and conducting performance appraisals to uphold quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal part in managing cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment inventory, ensuring that resources are well-stocked and accounted for. Developing and implementing housekeeping schedules, procedures, and safety protocols will fall under your purview, helping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff alike. Addressing complaints, special requests, and service issues promptly is essential in ensuring a positive experience for residents and their families. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Must enjoy working with the elderly and possess a positive ability to work with others
  • Must be in good health, no lifting restraints, neat and clean
  • Be kind and considerate to all residents, resident family members, and fellow staff to promote a friendly and caring environment
