Job Requirements

  • A business degree or high school diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in supervisory or management role
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
  • Basic arithmetic and reasoning skills
  • Ability to physically perform the job duties including lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Business degree or high school diploma
  • At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Team leader and team player qualities
  • Ability to read and speak English and Spanish
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic mathematical skills including arithmetic and data interpretation

Job Duties

  • Maintain guest service as the driving philosophy
  • Respond promptly to guest needs
  • Ensure hotel standards contribute to consistent guest service
  • Conduct daily and priority room inspections
  • Manage housekeeping and laundry staff activities
  • Communicate with employees and other departments regularly
  • Develop and implement housekeeping programs
  • Support supervisors and enforce company standards
  • Maintain safety and sanitation compliance
  • Manage linen and supply inventories
  • Prepare shift schedules aligned with occupancy and events
  • Interview and train new employees
  • Maintain attendance records
  • Participate in management meetings
  • Maintain personal appearance and grooming standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
