Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of housekeeping experience
- Fluency in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Knowledge of scheduling and productivity
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful
- High school math skills

Job Duties
- Communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests
- Inspecting guestrooms and public areas
- Communicating with appropriate departments on statuses
- Following up on guest complaints and requests
- Assisting in training, coaching and development of team members
