We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join this dynamic team. This role is central to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. As Housekeeping Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of housekeeping staff, overseeing the daily operations of the department to maintain a pristine environment throughout the hotel. The ideal candidate is someone with high energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence, coupled with strong leadership skills and proven experience in housekeeping. In this position, you will be responsible for managing communication with housekeeping staff regarding room assignments and special requests, conducting inspections of guestrooms and public areas, coordinating with other departments on housekeeping statuses, addressing guest complaints and requests, and assisting in the training, coaching, and development of your team members.
