Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in hospitality management or marketing
  • 3-5 years experience in luxury hotel housekeeping or front of house management
  • Work experience in a luxury hotel environment at supervisory or managerial level
  • Proven management skills with leadership and motivation capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy and personal motivation
  • Valid work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Housekeeper in ensuring guest experience aligns with hotel standards
  • Inspect public spaces, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas to maintain quality standards
  • Ensure housekeeping department operations comply with hotel policies and procedures
  • Expedite maintenance issues and collaborate with engineering team to review out-of-service rooms
  • Review special requests of arrival and in-house guests and update housekeeping staff accordingly
  • Assist in annual performance management plans and employee reviews
  • Take responsibility for health and safety compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations and company guidelines
  • Respond to guests' special requests, needs and concerns to ensure optimal guest satisfaction
  • Assist with preparation of work assignments, scheduling, staffing and payroll management
