Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous management experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
Ability to manage and lead staff effectively
Knowledge of safety and health regulations including OSHA and NAVOSH
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to work full-time
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

High school graduate
Bachelor degree preferred
Hospitality management certification preferred
At least three years of management experience
Knowledge of hotel operations including housekeeping standards
Basic computer skills
Prior experience with property management systems preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally

Job Duties

Manage housekeeping department, laundry operations, and custodial staff
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of facility adhering to Inns of the Corps standards
Supervise, train, and evaluate housekeeping and custodial employees
Maintain inventory of guest room supplies and staff uniforms
Conduct guest room and facility inspections
Provide world class customer service and promptly address guest inquiries
Monitor departmental budget and oversee maintenance and repair requests
