  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality
  • Experience working in upscale or branded hotel properties preferred
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for service and hospitality
  • Interest in training and developing staff

Job Duties

  • Oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
  • Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas
  • Manage financials including budgeting and payroll
  • Develop and schedule housekeeping staff
  • Train and mentor future housekeeping leaders
  • Conduct inspections and ensure quality standards are met
