The hotel is currently seeking a Full Time Hotel Lobby Attendant to join the team on a PM schedule covering weekends and holidays, earning a competitive wage of fifteen dollars per hour. This position is integral to maintaining the luxurious and pristine atmosphere that Marriott is celebrated for, as the lobby and public spaces represent the first impression for all guests arriving at the hotel. The position falls under Concord Hospitality, a company recognized for its supportive and inclusive company culture where every associate is valued and respected. The attendant will be responsible for maintaining all public spaces in a safe, accident-free manner while interacting courteously with guests and assisting them as needed. Specific duties include cleaning fingerprints from glass doors and the registration desk, vacuuming, and ensuring public restrooms are spotless with replenished supplies. In addition, the role encompasses cleaning and maintaining the pool area, exercise room, guest laundry, and various office and staff areas.
Furthermore, the lobby attendant plays a role in operational support by communicating suite status updates with the front desk, assisting the Chief Engineer with maintenance-related guest complaints, and managing hotel amenities such as cribs and roll-away beds. They will also handle tasks like watering outdoor plants, maintaining swimming pool and spa areas according to health regulations, and upholding all hotel emergency procedures. This position is a perfect fit for someone who thrives in a self-managed environment, is dedicated to excellence, and is motivated by contributing positively to guest experiences. Working at Marriott through Concord Hospitality offers an opportunity to grow professionally with extensive training and career development, access to competitive wages, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, tuition assistance, discounted hotel stays, and more.
