Job Duties

  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness deficiencies to the appropriate departments promptly
  • Provide feedback and coaching to housekeeping staff to improve performance and adherence to company standards
  • Maintain detailed records of inspection results and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with management to develop and update housekeeping procedures and training materials
