- Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping or hospitality services

Job Duties
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Identify and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness deficiencies to the appropriate departments promptly
- Provide feedback and coaching to housekeeping staff to improve performance and adherence to company standards
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with management to develop and update housekeeping procedures and training materials
