Currently, Concord Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to join their team. In this crucial role, the inspector is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction within the hotel. This position involves performing detailed inspections of guest rooms daily to ensure that cleaning procedures meet established Housekeeping Guidelines. The Housekeeping Inspector will also attend to guests' needs by ensuring rooms are spotless, fully equipped, and all fixtures and appliances function properly. The individual will be tasked with monitoring housekeeping teams, maintaining carts stocked with supplies, and reporting maintenance needs to the appropriate departments.

The role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the cleanliness and operational standards that Concord Hospitality is known for. The Housekeeping Inspector will clean and organize carts and equipment, maintain linen room and vacuum cleaner cleanliness, and be proficient in laundry equipment operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required in housekeeping roles
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts
  • Commitment to quality and customer service

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of housekeeping experience is a plus
  • Ability to inspect and evaluate cleanliness and maintenance needs
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Familiarity with housekeeping guidelines and standards
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness in public areas

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and attention to guest needs
  • Clean rooms daily following the Housekeeping Guidelines
  • Check fixtures, television, radio, and heating/cooling equipment for proper operation
  • Inspect room for maintenance needs and report on maintenance service requests
  • Perform daily general clean duties and changing of bedspreads, blankets, mattress pads and shower curtains as assigned
  • Log rooms cleaned on daily housekeeping report
  • Clean, organize, and restock cart at the end of the day (terry, cups, toilet paper, rags, and fill spray bottles)
  • Maintain cart, linen room, and vacuum cleaner cleanliness
  • Know how to operate laundry equipment and maintain public area cleanliness
