In this role, the Housekeeping Inspector will conduct daily room inspections, checking fixtures, electronics, and heating or cooling systems for proper operation. They will ensure guest rooms are cleaned according to the Housekeeping Guidelines, including changing bedspreads, blankets, mattress pads, and shower curtains as required. The Housekeeping Inspector will log rooms cleaned on daily housekeeping reports, maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and linen rooms, and assist with laundry equipment operation and public area maintenance. This position requires a strong focus on guest satisfaction, attention to operational details, and an understanding of hotel maintenance procedures.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift moderate weights
- Good physical health
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Strong work ethic and dependability

Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
- Ensure guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and attention to guest needs
- Clean rooms daily following the Housekeeping Guidelines
- Check fixtures, television, radio, and heating/cooling equipment for proper operation
- Inspect room for maintenance needs and report on maintenance service requests
- Perform daily general clean duties and changing of bedspreads, blankets, mattress pads and shower curtains as assigned
- Log rooms cleaned on daily housekeeping report
- Clean, organize, and restock cart at the end of the day
- Maintain cart, linen room, and vacuum cleaner cleanliness
- Know how to operate laundry equipment and maintain public area cleanliness
