The position of Housekeeping Inspector at Hyatt is an essential role responsible for ensuring that hotel rooms meet and exceed cleanliness and quality standards. Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of hospitality housekeeping experience
  • Must have refined verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • Must be able to lift moderate weight
  • Prior supervisory experience in housekeeping is preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Inspect rooms after housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
  • Communicate with housekeeping supervisors and front desk regarding room readiness
  • Ensure rooms are prepared for guests, VIPs, and owners
  • Follow Hyatt cleanliness and safety standards meticulously
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to resolve any issues
  • Document inspection results and report any deficiencies
  • Support training and mentoring of housekeeping staff when needed
