experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
able to stand and walk for extended periods
detail-oriented mindset
good communication skills
ability to work in a team environment
willingness to learn and adapt

previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
strong attention to detail
effective communication skills
ability to provide coaching and feedback
basic computer skills to use property management systems

Job Duties

Inspect and prepare guest and VIP rooms, complete reports, verify status reports
report clean rooms to hotel front desk and/or load into automated property management systems
submit necessary work orders in hotel system when inspecting rooms
conduct room inspections to identify and document deficiencies
provide immediate coaching to room attendants
record findings on inspection forms
