The role being offered is that of a Housekeeping Supervisor, a key supervisory position within the hotel's housekeeping department. This role entails a combination of hands-on cleaning duties along with oversight and management of housekeeping associates to ensure that each guest room meets the exacting standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities as set by the hotel and brand guidelines. The Housekeeping Supervisor is fundamental in upholding the hotel's brand image through rigorous training approaches, scheduling, inventory management, and direct quality control inspections.

This role also requires cross-functional abilities such as cross-training in breakfast area duties to assist guests directly, demonstrating flexibility and comprehensive service skills.

Job Duties
- Train schedule coach and support associates ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values
- inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies
- issue supplies and equipment to associates
- inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards
- perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary
- confer with staff to resolve performance and personnel problems and to discuss company policies
- oversee training of room attendants with partnering with third party vendor if applicable
