The Housekeeper role at Cedar House is vital to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both clients and staff. The position supports daily operations by ensuring that all areas of the facility meet cleanliness and inspection standards and complying with all organizational policies and procedures. This role requires a direct and hands-on approach to housekeeping duties, with responsibilities ranging from general cleaning tasks to participating in resident room inspections and conducting safety measures as necessary.

Compensation for this position is $23.00 per hour, making it a competitive hourly wage within the treatment facility environment. In addition to the hourly rate, Cedar House offers a generous benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, a 403b retirement plan with company matching up to 6% of annual salary, employee assistance programs, paid vacation and sick leave, and 12 paid holidays per year.

Physically, the Housekeeper must be capable of performing tasks that require movement around the property, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, operating cleaning machinery, and performing inspections that may include climbing ladders or similar activities. The working environment is primarily indoors, involving moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to outdoor conditions as needed.
