Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • dependable and punctual
  • team-oriented mindset
  • basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred but not required
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • physical stamina to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
  • attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
  • perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash, and emptying ashtrays
  • greet guests in a friendly manner
  • report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
  • stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
  • perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping and furniture moves
  • deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
