Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Support room attendants by stocking carts with linens, amenities, and supplies at the start of and throughout each shift
  • Respond promptly to housekeeping and guest requests for items such as towels, toiletries, cribs, and rollaways
  • Maintain cleanliness in hallways, service closets, stairwells, and back-of-house areas
  • Remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors and deliver to proper disposal or laundry areas
  • Assist in public area cleaning as needed, ensuring lobbies, elevators, and restrooms are tidy and inviting
  • Handle guest requests with courtesy and efficiency, treating every interaction as an opportunity to make a positive impression
  • Report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the appropriate department
  • Ensure housekeeping closets and storage areas are clean, stocked, and organized
  • Uphold guest privacy and safety by following all hotel policies and security procedures
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and engineering teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly
