Job Requirements

Physically able to meet the demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing carts, and standing for extended periods
Reliable team player with strong work ethic
Ability to communicate basic English
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to upholding guest privacy and safety policies

Job Qualifications

Basic English communication skills

Prior hotel or custodial experience preferred but not required
Open to flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Support room attendants by stocking carts with linens, amenities, and supplies at the start of and throughout each shift
Respond promptly to housekeeping and guest requests for items such as towels, toiletries, cribs, and rollaways
Maintain cleanliness in hallways, service closets, stairwells, and back-of-house areas
Remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors and deliver to proper disposal or laundry areas
Assist in public area cleaning as needed, ensuring lobbies, elevators, and restrooms are tidy and inviting
Handle guest requests with courtesy and efficiency, treating every interaction as an opportunity to make a positive impression
Report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the appropriate department
Ensure housekeeping closets and storage areas are clean, stocked, and organized
Uphold guest privacy and safety by following all hotel policies and security procedures
Collaborate with housekeeping and engineering teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly
