Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and fitness center
  • Assist room attendants by delivering linens, towels, and guest supplies to floors
  • Remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors and service areas
  • Clean and maintain housekeeping storage rooms and carts
  • Respond promptly to guest requests (extra towels, amenities, etc.)
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects as assigned
  • Support laundry operations as needed
  • Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and brand standards
