This job requires physical stamina with standing and walking throughout shifts, repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, pushing, and pulling as part of the daily routine. Job Duties

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • ensure housekeeping departmental standards are followed
  • assist room attendants to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficiently
  • maintain inventory in the housekeeping closets
  • respond timely to guests' special requests for miscellaneous items such as cribs, cots, extra towels
  • collect dirty linen, garbage and recyclables from room attendants' carts and closets
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of the tower closets and restrooms
  • follow departmental policies and procedures
  • report necessary maintenance items
  • follow all safety and sanitation policies
