Allegro Senior Living is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to join their team. This position pays $15.25 per hour and offers a schedule from Sunday to Tuesday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Additionally, this role features same-day pay options, providing flexible financial benefits for employees. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall pleasant environment of the community, ensuring that both common areas and individual apartments meet the highest standards of hygiene and care.

The role involves cleaning both vacant and occupied apartments. Vacant units are prepared for new residents by following a thorough checklist, ensuring that every space is spotless and ready for move-in. Regular cleaning duties for occupied apartments, guest apartments, and respite units are also included, with adherence to a designated schedule to keep living spaces comfortable and inviting. Additionally, you'll be responsible for detailed cleaning of common areas such as hallways and laundry rooms, maintaining supplies and equipment, and reporting any maintenance issues or areas requiring attention to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Job Duties

  • clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in using company checklist
  • report any problem areas to the housekeeping supervisor
  • clean occupied apartments, respite and guest apartments as scheduled using company checklist
  • detail clean halls and other common areas as scheduled or when requested by the housekeeping supervisor
  • keep inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure an adequate supply
  • report items needed to the housekeeping supervisor
  • keep laundry rooms and housekeeping/linen rooms clean and organized
  • clean lint from dryer lint traps daily and clean area behind washer and dryer equipment weekly
  • perform other duties as assigned
