- Open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to walk all assigned floors and carry out physical demands including pushing vacuum, bending, kneeling, standing and walking continuously
- ability to assist and communicate effectively with team members
- ability to maintain safety and security standards in all activities
- able to handle guest requests and complaints in a hospitable manner
- ability to stock and manage supplies
Job Qualifications

- ability to communicate with guests, housekeepers, main linen room attendant, supervisor

Job Duties
- Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift
- remove newspapers and service trays
- empty trash receptacles
- remove trash and or linens and note any areas that need immediate cleaning
- clean all public areas in the prescribed manner while following safety and security procedures
- remove soiled linen, terry and trash from service areas
- aid section housekeepers as needed
- stock linen and supply closets
- report any missing or found articles, damage or merchandise problems
- respond to guest requests and questions and report guest issues and complaints
