The role of Housekeeping House Attendant at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is integral to maintaining the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will uphold the luxury experience through meticulous attention to detail in the upkeep of guest corridors, linens, furniture, and public areas. This position requires a dedicated team player with a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with housekeeping colleagues. Responsibilities include keeping public and service areas clean and orderly, moving and stocking linen supplies, assisting housekeeping staff with room preparation, and promptly responding to guest requests for amenities such as irons, cribs, or roll-away beds.

Job Duties

  • Keeps all guest corridors neat, vacuumed and dusted
  • makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free
  • keeps all service elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean by sweeping, mopping and dusting the areas
  • moves racks of clean rooms linen to guest room floors
  • stocks linen storage rooms and armoires daily with supplies and amenities
  • empties trash and dirty linen from guest room floors
  • assists housekeepers as required
  • helps move beds and furniture, turns mattresses, removes or hangs sheers and drapes
  • picks up and delivers guest request items on a timely basis such as irons, ironing boards, cribs and roll-aways
