The House Attendant position is a full-time role within the Housekeeping department. Reporting to the Housekeeping Management Team, the House Attendant plays a critical role in maintaining the impeccable cleanliness and operational efficiency of the hotel. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for upholding the high standards associated with the Four Seasons brand. The House Attendant supports Room Attendants by ensuring that guest room supplies are adequately stocked, trash and debris are promptly removed, and general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms is upheld. Flexibility is key in this role, as duties may extend to assisting in Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant tasks during high volume periods or staff absences.
