The House Attendant position is a full-time role within the Housekeeping department. Reporting to the Housekeeping Management Team, the House Attendant plays a critical role in maintaining the impeccable cleanliness and operational efficiency of the hotel. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for upholding the high standards associated with the Four Seasons brand. The House Attendant supports Room Attendants by ensuring that guest room supplies are adequately stocked, trash and debris are promptly removed, and general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms is upheld. Flexibility is key in this role, as duties may extend to assisting in Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant tasks during high volume periods or staff absences. Personalized service is emphasized, with opportunities to enhance each guest's experience through thoughtful gestures and attention to detail.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule and availability to work early mornings, days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Support a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms, and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms
- Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant
- Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
