The Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is currently seeking a Housekeeping House Attendant to bolster its celebrated Housekeeping Team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the chance to be part of an industry-leading luxury hotel company. Housekeeping House Attendants play a fundamental role in maintaining the immaculate condition of public areas within the hotel, ensuring cleanliness, order, and readiness to meet guest needs. Responsibilities include cleaning corridors, vacuuming, dusting, and managing linen supplies. The attendant supports Guestroom Attendants by moving heavy items, assisting with furniture, and delivering guest requests promptly. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, and candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • at least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization
  • hotel or restaurant experience preferred
  • ability to carry or lift up to 50 lbs
  • reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language

Job Duties

  • Keeps all guest corridors neat, vacuumed and dusted
  • makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free
  • keeps all service elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean by sweeping, mopping and dusting the areas
  • moves racks of clean rooms linen to guest room floors
  • stocks linen storage rooms and armoires daily with supplies and amenities
  • empties trash and dirty linen from guest room floors
  • assists housekeepers as required
  • helps move beds and furniture, turns mattresses, removes or hangs sheers and drapes
  • picks up and delivers guest request items on a timely basis
  • assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of lobby attendant, guestroom attendant and turndown attendant
  • uphold maintenance and safety standards
  • perform daily opening and closing cleaning procedures
  • ensure housekeeping carts/linen closets are stocked to par
  • communicate customer requests or preferences to management
