Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and order of guest rooms and public spaces
- deliver guest requests efficiently and courteously
- restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
- follow safety and hygiene protocols
- report maintenance issues for timely resolution
- assist with luggage and other guest services as needed
- ensure uniform and personal appearance meet company standards
