Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three or more years of experience in maintenance or housekeeping
- ability to stand for extended periods while demonstrating manual dexterity
- ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- auditory, verbal and visual capabilities to communicate effectively via phone and in person
- successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen

- three or more years of experience in maintenance or housekeeping

- excellent communication skills

- capable of safely operating and maintaining cleaning equipment

Job Duties
- Perform all duties as assigned to housekeeping personnel
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently
- ability to prioritize tasks and functions
- provide superior cleaning and detail service to all equipment and facilities
- removal of recycling and trash from all buildings
- carry materials, supplies and equipment in and around all facilities
- clean, inspect and prepare all facilities nightly
- report housekeeping and maintenance problems nightly that need repair
- safely know and use the proper equipment and maintain it according to standards
- keep inventory and location of all equipment
- report any problem with the equipment or facilities to supervisor and address directly
- keep inventory of products and supplies and report needs to supervisor
- all other duties as assigned by management
- prepare set-ups for meetings and breakdown of meetings
