Renowned for its stunning estate-style guest rooms and suites, this resort offers an unparalleled experience overlooking the picturesque Pacific Ocean. Guests at L'Auberge Del Mar can indulge in a range of exquisite amenities, including a full-service spa, exceptional dining options, tennis courts, and a scenic ocean-view pool. The resort prides itself on providing a tranquil and sophisticated atmosphere that reflects the beauty and elegance of Southern California’s coastline. As part of the Noble House Hotels & Resorts family, L'Auberge Del Mar embodies a philosophy emphasizing "location, distinction, and soul," creating a unique and welcoming environment for travelers and team members alike.

The role of Housekeeping Supervisor at L'Auberge Del Mar is an essential leadership position within the hotel’s operations. This role involves working closely with a dynamic team of room attendants and public area attendants to maintain the pristine condition of the resort’s suites, meeting rooms, public spaces, and bathrooms according to high L'Auberge Del Mar standards. The Housekeeping Supervisor not only ensures cleanliness and safety throughout the property but also plays a vital part in enhancing the guest experience by upholding impeccable hygiene and presentation standards. A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor is key to fostering positive interactions with both guests and staff, contributing to a memorable stay.

In this supervisory capacity, you will be responsible for inspiring, guiding, and motivating a dedicated housekeeping team that takes great pride in their work. Working side by side with your team members, you will help manage daily operations, address any challenges that arise, and assist in maintaining a hazard-free environment for guests and employees. As a hands-on leader, you will collaborate closely with the Housekeeping Management team to oversee quality assurance and uphold the resort’s exceptional standards consistently.

Success in this position requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a high level of empathy and patience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting, showing efficiency and attention to detail while creating positive experiences for both guests and colleagues. The culture at L'Auberge Del Mar celebrates individuality, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality, emphasizing the importance of personality and authenticity in delivering exceptional service.

L'Auberge Del Mar values its team members and offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package. Employees enjoy medical, dental, and vision coverage, various supplemental insurance plans, a 401K plan with employer match, paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave, and floating holidays. Additional perks include onsite complimentary parking, free meals in the employee dining room, discounts at Noble House Hotels & Resorts locations, career growth opportunities, and recognition programs. The resort fosters an inclusive environment where all team members are welcomed and valued for their unique qualities and talents, supporting a workplace culture rooted in respect and diversity.
