The role of a Housekeeper / Room Attendant at Hilton is vital to the guest experience, involving thorough cleaning, upkeep, and organization of guest rooms and associated hotel spaces. These professionals are responsible for cleaning guest rooms by making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, replenishing towels and toiletries, removing trash, and restocking housekeeping carts. Attention to detail and adherence to Hilton’s strict cleanliness guidelines ensure that every guest room is prepared to the highest standards and ready for new arrivals. Housekeepers also perform deep cleaning tasks when necessary, clean hallways, and maintain cleaning equipment in optimal condition. Beyond routine cleaning, they may respond to guest requests promptly and communicate any maintenance issues to the appropriate departments, further enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This position typically offers hourly pay ranging from $15 to $24, with additional opportunities for overtime pay, weekend and holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses, which vary depending on the location and hotel.
