As a Housekeeping Dispatcher at Hilton, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that the Housekeeping Department runs smoothly and efficiently, thereby contributing directly to the guest experience. This position is central to the operational flow by coordinating service requests, maintaining accurate service records, and facilitating effective communication between housekeeping, property operations, and the front office. You will act as the vital link that helps maintain room availability updates and supports the housekeeping staff by managing day-to-day office operations such as scheduling, payroll, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
