In this role, the Housekeeper Crew Leader will assist in the preparation, coordination, and execution of cleaning and clean-up activities across multiple venues under the Greensboro Coliseum Complex umbrella. The job requires collaborating closely with the housekeeping team to complete assigned tasks such as trash removal, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, sweeping, polishing, waxing, and mopping. The leader will also conduct inspections to verify the quality of completed work, provide on-the-job training for new team members, and supervise staff in the absence of the Housekeeping Supervisor. This role emphasizes safety, requiring vigilance in identifying and reporting hazardous conditions or unsatisfactory situations. The Housekeeper Crew Leader helps to foster a productive and cooperative team environment while upholding OVG’s commitment to excellence in venue maintenance and guest experience.
