The role of Housekeeping House Attendant at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is integral to maintaining the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This full-time position involves a variety of tasks aimed at supporting the housekeeping team and ensuring that all public and guest areas are pristine and welcoming. Responsibilities include stocking linen rooms, assisting guestroom attendants, delivering guest request items, and keeping corridors, elevator landings, stairwells, and storage areas clean. The Housekeeping House Attendant plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience by responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, embodying the luxury hospitality standards of Four Seasons.

This position requires physical mobility including lifting, walking, bending, and moving objects weighing up to 70 pounds, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and various shifts. Job Requirements

  • Physical mobility such as lifting, walking, bending and moving objects up to 70 lbs
  • Ability to work full-time shifts including early mornings, days, weekends and holidays
  • Previous housekeeping experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of housekeeping
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking

Job Duties

  • Keeps all guest corridors and public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted
  • Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free
  • Keeps all service elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean by sweeping, mopping and dusting
  • Removes all trash from areas
  • Moves racks of clean Rooms linen to Guest Room floors
  • Empties trash and dirty linen from guest room floors
  • Responds to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby
  • Can answer guest questions and direct them to the areas they desire to be in
  • Assists Housekeepers as required
  • Helps move beds and furniture, turns mattresses, removes or hangs sheers and drapes
  • Stocks Linen Storage Rooms and Armoires daily with supplies and amenities
