Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in administrative or guest service roles preferred
  • proficiency with computers, word processing, spreadsheets, and database software
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to follow company policies and maintain confidentiality
  • professional personal appearance
  • physical ability to lift objects up to 10 pounds
  • willingness to perform additional reasonable duties as assigned

Job Duties

  • Enter and retrieve information from computer databases
  • update records, files, reservations, and answer guest inquiries
  • transmit information or documents via computer, mail, or facsimile
  • operate standard office equipment
  • prepare letters, memos, and documents using various software
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail including date stamping and distribution
  • create and maintain filing and organization systems
  • compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and transactions
  • enter and locate work-related information using computers and point of sale systems
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • welcome and acknowledge guests
  • anticipate and address guests' service needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • prepare and review written documents accurately
  • answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • support team goals
  • listen and respond to employee concerns
  • move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds
