Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in administrative or guest service roles preferred
- proficiency with computers, word processing, spreadsheets, and database software
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow company policies and maintain confidentiality

- physical ability to lift objects up to 10 pounds
- willingness to perform additional reasonable duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Enter and retrieve information from computer databases
- update records, files, reservations, and answer guest inquiries
- transmit information or documents via computer, mail, or facsimile
- operate standard office equipment
- prepare letters, memos, and documents using various software
- handle incoming and outgoing mail including date stamping and distribution
- create and maintain filing and organization systems
- compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and transactions
- enter and locate work-related information using computers and point of sale systems
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome and acknowledge guests
- anticipate and address guests' service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- communicate clearly and professionally
- prepare and review written documents accurately
- answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team goals
- listen and respond to employee concerns
- move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds
