Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum one year of related experience
- Ability to operate computer systems
- Proficiency with UniFocus, ADP, and Opera preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work an eight-hour shift including weekends and holidays as scheduled

Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year employment in a related position preferably with Four Seasons or a similar organization
- Proficiency in operating computer equipment
- Knowledge of UniFocus, ADP, and Opera systems preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Demonstrated professionalism and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment
- Ability to respond promptly and appropriately to safety or emergency situations
- Experience in hospitality or hotel operations is an asset.
Job Duties
- Utilize telephones adhering to Four Seasons standards
- Properly use all department forms ensuring they are legible and understandable
- Utilize computer systems related to the Rooms Division
- Oversee coordination of room attendants and house attendants, prioritizing tasks based on business levels and guest arrival/departure patterns
- Review room blocking to ensure maximum use of inventory
- Coordinate guest requests and traces according to priority levels determined by VIP status or arrival times
- Review guest reservations ensuring proper notes, specials, and traces are in place
- Report any safety, security, or maintenance problems immediately
- Maintain a neat and orderly office environment
- Expedite guest requests as quickly as possible and notify management of service issues
- Coordinate between Front Office and Housekeeping Teams
- Assist management with administrative work as directed
- Respond properly to any hotel emergency or safety situation
- Perform additional tasks or projects assigned by hotel management
- Type correspondence, reports, letters, and memorandums
- Open and examine incoming correspondence and reroute mail when appropriate
- Handle telephone calls for executive offices following Four Seasons standards
- Ensure communication flow between executive office and other staff
- Take minutes when requested
- Maintain Rooms Division office supplies and files
- Update and maintain Corporate and hotel policy manuals as directed
- Maintain confidentiality in all work matters
- Learn and use various computer programs
- Maintain a professional office environment
- Follow payroll procedures
- Proofread correspondence before submission
- Assist in report preparation as needed
- Keep informed of daily hotel activities
- Participate in scheduled meetings
- Copy, fax, or mail documents as required
- Trace reservations and amenities, and manage file systems
- Assist with housekeeping duties during absences or heavy workloads.
