Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with hospitality/housekeeping software
- Prior housekeeping or related field experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Supervisory or coordinating experience preferred
- Ability to assign tasks and monitor performance
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of information

Job Duties
- Provide clerical and secretarial support to the Housekeeping department
- Manage payroll, employee files, and departmental records
- Assign daily tasks and room assignments to housekeeping staff
- Monitor cleaning schedule completion and quality inspections
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests regarding housekeeping
- Collaborate with other departments for events and maintenance coordination
