Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping roles
- Experience in hospitality or vacation rental settings preferred
- Ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform demanding cleaning tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
Job Duties
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks in accordance with established guidelines and checklists
- Change and launder linens, towels, and bedding between guest stays
- Check and replenish supplies such as toiletries, paper products, cleaning supplies, and other essential items
- Conduct thorough inspections of the property to identify damages, maintenance issues, or missing items
- Report any findings promptly to the property owner or manager
- Maintain open and effective communication with property owners, managers, and team members
- Efficiently manage cleaning schedule to meet check-in and check-out times while maintaining high cleanliness standards
