Job Duties
- clean and maintain guest rooms including making beds dusting vacuuming and replenishing supplies
- clean and sanitize bathrooms ensuring a fresh and hygienic environment
- maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies hallways and restrooms
- change linens and towels ensuring high standards of cleanliness
- respond to guest requests for additional supplies services or information in a friendly and professional manner
- report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor or manager
- follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
- assist with laundry duties when needed
- ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order
- work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude while meeting daily housekeeping goals
