Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in janitorial or custodial roles preferred
Ability to follow safety protocols and cleaning procedures
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and standing for long periods
Excellent communication skills
Availability for part-time work hours
Willingness to work in both residential and commercial settings

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments such as janitorial or custodial roles
Knowledge of proper sanitation techniques and floor care methods
Ability to operate cleaning equipment including vacuums carpet cleaners and floor polishers
Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and address their needs effectively
Ability to handle laundry tasks accurately and efficiently
Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry is a plus
Familiarity with sanitation standards for food preparation areas if applicable
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting bending or standing for extended periods

Job Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces including dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizing surfaces
Handle laundry duties such as washing folding and organizing linens and clothing
Maintain floor care by sweeping scrubbing waxing or polishing floors as needed
Ensure all sanitation standards are met or exceeded in kitchens bathrooms and other high-touch areas
Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure effective results while maintaining safety protocols
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring satisfaction
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Follow established safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning tasks
Assist with special projects such as carpet cleaning or deep sanitation upon request
