Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Available to work onsite at the specified location
- Flexibility to work varied shifts if necessary
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to perform floor care including carpet cleaning and polishing techniques
- Customer service skills that foster a friendly and professional interaction with guests or residents
- Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning tools effectively
- Hotel experience or housekeeping management background is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail while maintaining efficiency in a busy setting
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential areas, and common spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly
- Care for flooring through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to keep surfaces pristine
- Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure availability for guests and residents
- Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold cleanliness standards
