Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- relevant housekeeping or environmental services experience preferred
- ability to understand and follow instructions
- ability to safely use chemicals and disinfectants
- comfort working in a healthcare environment adhering to infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned areas
- maintain cleanliness to reduce cross-infection risks
- clean surfaces including walls, furniture, tile, fixtures, equipment, and other areas using appropriate cleaning solutions
- remove trash and waste
- restock dispensers as needed
- notify supervisor regarding low supply levels or equipment malfunctions
- follow all safety guidelines and maintain safe work areas
- sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform routine floor care including polishing and finishing
- operate mechanical and electrical cleaning equipment safely
- organize workload to complete all assigned tasks during the shift
- follow sanitation, disinfectant, and infection-control procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
