Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- No experience required
- Ability to perform moderate physical effort including moving furniture and using hand or lightweight powered cleaning equipment
- Ability to work full-time 35+ hours per week
- Must obtain relevant housekeeping and food handling certifications as applicable
- May require a valid state driver's license
- Ability to follow safety and security protocols
- Ability to maintain guest privacy and secure keys

Job Duties
- Cleans guest rooms and other assigned areas
- Operates cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, waxers and polishers
- Empties wastebaskets, dusts, waxes, and polishes furniture
- Disinfects and deodorizes bathroom fixtures
- Cleans kitchen appliances and areas
- Maintains cleanliness of linens and replaces beddings
- Greets and welcomes guests maintaining outstanding guest relations
- Ensures privacy and security of guests at all times
- Cleans corridors, stairways, patios, and balconies
- Performs scheduled carpet cleaning and deep cleaning tasks
- Maintains order of storage rooms
- Communicates room status to supervisors
- Performs minor equipment repairs and reports major issues
- Cleans and inspects exterior parks and parking lots
- Assists with receiving supplies and moving merchandise
- Manages passkeys and other keys responsibly
- Reports unusual circumstances and lost and found items
- Assists with complimentary breakfast bar setup and cleanup
- Completes all required safety and security training
- Maintains clean and safe environment applying safety protocols
- Performs laundry operations
- May travel to other lodging facilities as required
- Obtains housekeeping and food handling certifications
