Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- strong attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- flexible availability to work evenings and weekends
- ability to understand and follow safety instructions
- willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
- ability to communicate effectively
- capacity to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Sweeps and washes floors
- vacuums carpet
- washes walls
- dusts furniture and fixtures
- cleans ashtrays
- removes trash from work areas to the loading dock or dumpster
- assists other maintenance employees in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas
- cleans unexpected spills and executes special guest requests
- maintains effective guest relations and ensures a pleasant visit for each guest
- performs special projects delegated by management
- stays updated on latest departmental and location developments
