Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent general education development certificate
  • Less than one year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No licenses or certifications required
  • Ability to adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and moving up to 55 pounds with assistance
  • Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and uniform

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent general education development certificate

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Demonstrated reliability and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Use checklists to keep common areas clean and in good condition
  • Identify and communicate prevention or maintenance problems in common areas
  • Request preventive or non-urgent maintenance repairs using the appropriate method
  • Contact the Residence office directly for urgent repairs
  • Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
  • Document and report problems to be resolved
  • Complete the cleaning department's required documents
  • Respond immediately to requests from the Residence Administration Office
  • Serve as an exemplary model or mentor within the department
  • Verify and confirm that employees comply with company policies and external regulations
