Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team on a full-time basis. Compensation for this position ranges between $16 and $17 per hour. Under the supervision of the Housekeeping Lead, the successful candidate will play an essential role in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere for our guests. The Housekeeper's responsibilities extend beyond cleaning guest rooms and public areas; they actively contribute to the overall guest experience by exemplifying outstanding hospitality and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

The role requires a personable, service-oriented individual who is highly organized and adaptable. The ideal Housekeeper embraces a positive and optimistic outlook, reflecting a genuine passion for making guests feel at home during their stay. Daily activities include maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, common areas, and the hotel building to meet strict hotel standards. Additionally, the Housekeeper will engage with task management software to streamline workflow and learn about the hotel’s room amenities, services, and menu offerings to better support guest needs. Occasionally, this position involves on-site laundry duties and assisting with special projects as assigned by leadership.
