In this housekeeping role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring every guest entering their room is met with immaculate surroundings that feel like a home away from home, whether staying for a night or an extended period. Your efforts impact how guests perceive the hotel, as every detail in the room, from pristine bedding to spotless mirrors and polished furniture, contributes to a memorable and comfortable stay. Duties include making beds, replacing guest room supplies, emptying trash and soiled linens, dusting and polishing surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the guest rooms. You will also act as a friendly point of contact by greeting guests and responding to their requests, thereby enhancing the overall guest experience.

The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance with a clean uniform. New hires will undergo safety training and certification before beginning employment to ensure compliance and readiness for this safety-conscious work environment.
