We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join the team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guestrooms and public areas within the hotel. The Housekeeper will ensure that all cleanliness and time standards are met when cleaning guestrooms and other hotel areas. Responsibilities include dusting, removing waste, replenishing linens, making beds, and providing necessary supplies to guestrooms and common areas. The role requires maintaining an organized cleaning cart stocked with linens and supplies to meet established standards.

Exceptional guest service is a cornerstone of this position, requiring the Housekeeper to respond promptly to guests' inquiries and concerns, addressing any issues with professionalism and care. The Housekeeper will also report room status and maintenance problems promptly to ensure timely resolution. Basic maintenance skills such as plunging toilets, changing light bulbs, and unclogging drains are required to perform this role effectively. Handling of chemicals and cleaning supplies must be done carefully and according to hotel standards.

The Housekeeper will operate commercial laundry and cleaning equipment and manage all tasks related to laundry and linen care. Maintaining adequately stocked linen and storage rooms is also part of the duties. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the hotel's leadership team as needed.
