Job Duties

  • Responsible for all assigned guest room floor cleaning, replenish supplies, amenities, linens per specification and trained guidelines
  • Maintain professionalism at all times
  • Report all maintenance issues to designation person and contact
  • Report all lost and found items as trained
  • Identify incomplete tasks by doing a complete walk through of room
  • Complete floor check at assigned time
  • Ensure cleanliness of supplies
  • Accountable for assigned supplies, keys, hub and return
