  • Proven experience in cleaning janitorial work or custodial services
  • Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping mopping polishing and carpet cleaning
  • Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently in an industrial or commercial setting
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed
