Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in cleaning janitorial work or custodial services
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping mopping polishing and carpet cleaning
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently in an industrial or commercial setting
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed
