Your daily responsibilities will involve maintaining positive and professional interactions with both team members and guests, adhering strictly to safety and health regulations including personal protective equipment protocols, and performing thorough cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms. This cleaning includes bedrooms, balconies, and furnishings, ensuring every area shines from top to bottom. Sanitization of high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, remotes, phones, and thermostats is vital to guest health and comfort. Furthermore, you will organize, clean, and restock guest rooms according to established service standards and promptly report any maintenance issues.

In addition to maintaining cleanliness, you will respond to guest requests rapidly and professionally, explaining cleaning chemicals and materials when asked, and keeping your assigned carts, storage rooms, and equipment clean and organized.
