As a Housekeeping Attendant at Heritage Hotels & Resorts, you will be a crucial team member responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy the highest levels of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation throughout their stay. Job Duties
- Maintain a high level of positive and professional interaction with team members and guests
- follow all safety and health regulations including Personal Protective Equipment protocols at all times
- perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms after checkout including bedrooms, balconies and furnishings from top to bottom
- sanitize all high-touch surfaces including light switches, remotes, door handles, thermostats, phones and controls
- clean, restock and organize guest rooms according to established standards
- replace linens, towels, amenities and supplies in accordance with service guidelines
- inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report concerns promptly
