The position available at TBCC is responsible for maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout the club facilities while providing superior member service. Associates in this role play a key part in upholding the club's reputation by ensuring all areas meet stringent sanitation and safety standards. The role requires a keen eye for detail, proactive communication, and the ability to anticipate member needs. Associates must greet members and guests warmly, maintain a safe and spotless environment, and actively participate in club events, programs, and training sessions to enhance their professional skills and contribute to the club community.

Candidates will be expected to perform a variety of cleaning and preventive maintenance chores including restocking towel shelves, emptying and wiping trash receptacles, disinfecting restrooms and showers, cleaning mirrors and light fixtures, vacuuming and mopping floors, and restocking vanity and janitorial supplies. The ability to maintain a professional image through dress and demeanor while representing the club is essential. Since the club operates continuously, the schedule may vary and include weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts in days and evenings.

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, responsible team players with excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills. They should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team. Physical stamina is required due to the nature of the work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or moving for extended periods. Job Requirements

  • Ability to read, understand, analyze, and interpret training manuals, professional journals, or technical procedures

Job Duties

  • Detail cleaning and preventive maintenance such as restocking towel shelves, empty and wipe down trash cans, disinfect and clean toilets and showers, clean vanity mirrors and top lights, vacuum carpets, mop floors regularly, and dry mop wet areas
  • restock vanity supplies and replenish inventory and janitorial products
  • maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • greet members and guests throughout the property
  • understand and anticipate the needs of members and provide exceptional customer service
  • communicate timely and follow up as appropriate
  • actively participate in events, programs, meetings and training
  • represent the club professionally through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through
